In stock reels
For the in stock reels we require 100% payment prior to shipping.
Out of stock or special/custom orders
For the out of stock or special order reels we require a 30 –
Payment
PayPal, Bank Wire transfer.
Shipping
In stock reels
For the in stock reels we aim to ship same day (payment received before 3:30pm Monday to Friday) or following working day from receipt of order. If for any reason this is not possible, we will email you with an explanation and order status.
Out of stock or special/custom orders
For out of stock or special/ custom orders we require a waiting period from
one to three months depending on current demand.

Shipping via Registered air mail with tracking number ($45 value) is included. Normally the shipping to USA takes about 9 –
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Of course, we accept returns providing a reel is our regular model (not a
special order item), absolutely new, in a 100% resaleable condition with all
papers, original packaging and are returned within 14 days of you receiving
the item. Please contact us before returning an item.
Refunds Policy
All refunds will be made via PayPal within 9 working days after we received
a returned reel. Please note that we will deduct an original shipping cost
from the refund.
Exchanges
All exchanges (of the same value or more) will be shipped for free.
We don’t mind which postal/ courier service you use to return the goods,
but if the goods do not arrive here, we regret that we can’t accept
responsibility for the loss.
Warranty
Lifetime Warranty
All our reels carry a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner covering
any defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty provides that any
defective VR reel will be repaired and shipped back at no charge for parts and labor.
Warranty Exclusions
Of course this warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance or modification. In this case you will be charged a reasonable fee for repair plus $30 to cover shipping, insurance and processing.
Important Information
If you are sending the goods from outside of the EEC, it is important that you declare the value at no more than $50. If you do not do this, we will end up paying taxes and duties on the item for a second time around. Upon receipt of returned goods, we will issue a PayPal refund, or ship an exchange, as required.
Please allow 9 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our workshop!
